SERVE THE CITY PROJECTS

Bearings Bike Shop

Bearings Bike Shop invites kids to learn and earn bikes through community service, and operates as an open work space where kids can keep their bikes functioning and safe. Since opening in Southwest Atlanta in 2009, hundreds of kids have earned bikes and formed good relationships with positive role models in their community while learning the value of hard work.

YoungLife

Young Life is a ministry for adolescents. Our staff and volunteers enter the world of kids, focusing on what matters to them — fun, adventure, friendship and a sense of significance. In doing so, we earn the privilege of talking to them about something that we think matters most of all — the truth about Jesus. We have weekly and bi-weekly "clubs" that meet at different schools throughout the city on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at various times and would love for you to be a part of changing a kid’s life forever!

Good News Club

The Good News Club partners with both the church and local elementary schools to bring the good news of Jesus to children. Volunteers meet with students after school bringing Bible stories to life with music, skits and visuals.
